St. Martins Lane Hotel London

I’ve traveled to London quite a few times to visit sweet family, so naturally I’ve stayed in many hotels across the city. For this particular trip a few weeks ago we were in town for the London premiere of Aaron’s feature film, Round-Up

We chose to stay at St. Martins Lane. We LOVED every moment of our time there! The location is unbeatable: right in the bustling theater district - London’s Covent Garden! It’s within walking distance to Buckingham Palace, The National Portrait Gallery and St. James Park!

What a treat to be so close to so many of my favorite London spots!

From the moment you walk in, you sense an air of true, modern elegance. I love the bright + bold decorating details throughout the hotel. What wonderful, sharp décor!

Our Deluxe Room had amazing floor-to-ceiling widows displaying beautiful London views. To put it simply, the room was the coolest thing ever… complete with LED color-changing light cove + awesome leopard print carpet! In short, the St Martins Lane Deluxe Room is the perfect relaxing refuge after days of walking around London.

Now let’s talk about food and drinks! St. Martins Lane is fully equipped with a swanky cocktail bar {The Blind Spot}, gourmet restaurant {Asia de Cuba}, and a charming den for snacks {The Den}.

We loved having breakfast every morning in their beautifully decorated restaurant Asia de Cuba. The waffles there were divine! It is always so much more convenient when your hotel is equipped with an excellent restaurant + bar!

To make things even more convenient, St. Martins Lane also has an awesome and complimentary state of the art Gym {Gymbox) and a world renown hair salon {Jones & Payne}! Aaron loved the convenience of working out in the gym. I enjoyed getting my hair done by the wonderful team at Jones & Payne for Aaron’s London premiere.

There’s nothing like getting your hair done by adorable Englishmen! Ross {my stylist} did a beautiful trim with a blowout and curls. Thanks for taking care of me so well, Jones & Payne!

I highly recommend staying at St. Martins Lane if you’re planning a trip to London.  Everything from the friendly staff to the energetic, modern décor is just perfect!
