A Simple Recipe.

I love snacks and this one is perfect for times when you need something simple to fill you up.


This snack is healthy and filling so it's a great junk food substitute

....although I still love the occasional chip

but I digress...

Here is what you will need :

1. A few handfuls of spinach (can be baby spinach or regular)

2. A favorite salad dressing of your choice (I love Trader Joe's Spicy Peanut Vinaigrette)

3. A cute pair of hands to joyfully toss salad ingredients.

4.  A break to enjoy your yummy concoction.
