a glamorous day with Refinery29 + PGI

I bet some of you have heard the saying "diamonds are a girl's best friend"--well, now I know for a fact it is true! When the folks at Refinery29 asked me to visit PGI's amazing showroom last week, I was thrilled to say the least. When I came in it basically turned into a jewelry try-on party with loads and loads of platinum and diamonds galore (can you say DREAM DAY?!). I have always loved platinum pieces when it comes to jewelry. Platinum is timeless and classy.

In addition to trying on a variety of stand-out jewelry, like edgy diamond earrings (Rhianna-like) and a stunning diamond necklace (Grace Kelly-like), I also learned all about Platinum and why it is such an amazing metal to invest in. For one thing, it doesn't tarnish like silver does. It also doesn't lose any metal if scratched, unlike gold and silver. It's simply a much sturdier and breathtaking metal.  Needless to say, I have added a few items to my wish list since the visit.  A big thank you to Refinery29 and PGI for bringing me into the showroom last week! It was a dazzling experience!
