being cook: Blackberry & Ricotta Tartines


A couple of weeks ago I had the pleasure of collaborating with one of my absolute favorite supermarkets, Whole Foods! The folks over there wanted me to try a recipe I had never tried before + to share the results with my readers. So here it is, y'all! Feast your eyes on the end result of making my first batch of Blackberry Ricotta Tartines. To say that they were yummy would be a HUGE understatement. They were the perfect combination of simplicity + superb deliciousness! 

Below I have listed the recipe for you to try out for yourself! Have so much fun cooking!

Prep Time: 5 minutes   Servings: 4


4 thick slices of bread
1/2 cup fresh ricotta
1 cup fresh blackberries
4 tbs honey
sea salt to taste 


Spread a thick layer of ricotta on top of your bread. Rinse the blackberries and place them on top of the ricotta. Drizzle the honey on top of the ricotta + blackberries. Finish with a sprinkle of sea salt on each. Enjoy!
