healthy popsicles with Aloha...

Who doesn't love popsicles? Am I right?! Right now is the perfect time for making delicious popsicles that dreams are made of! But what if they could be SUPER healthy too?! Wouldn’t that be even more awesome? Well, that is why I was so excited when Aloha {basically your one-stop-shop for the best healthy foods around} asked me to create a healthy + yummy popsicle recipe using their tasty Daily Good Greens whole food powder.

So let me tell you a little bit about the health benefits of using Aloha’s whole food powder. There are two servings of fruits and vegetables in every packet, there are no artificial flavors, sweeteners, chemicals, or fillers and they only have 35 calories per pouch!

P.S- they actually taste good too and can be mixed into virtually any drink, smoothie or recipe!

Ok, so, on to the recipe! I had so much fun making this + I hope you guys will too! Happy Cooking!

Prep Time: 15 minutes     Freeze Time: overnight or until frozen     Servings: 6 popsicles

2 Packets of Aloha’s Daily Good Greens-Berry Flavor

Popsicle mold

Coconut water

2-3 Kiwis, peeled and sliced

1 and a half handfuls of fresh strawberries, sliced

2-3 oranges, peeled and sliced

1 and a half handfuls of fresh blueberries

Add cut up fruit to popsicle mold — don’t worry if there are spaces. You don’t want the fruit to be packed too tightly. Mix together two packets of Aloha’s Daily Good Greens-Berry Flavor with the coconut water. Stir until blended. Pour in the mixture until it reaches the top of each popsicle mold. Freeze the molds overnight. Once frozen, remove from mold and serve immediately.

A way to get the popsicles to separate from the mold easily is to run the plastic mold under warm water until they easily slide out. Last step, enjoy your yummy creation!
