being cook: Spicy Sweet Potato Fries

When I get a hankerin' for some yummy fast food fries, (Yes, I am human and this happens.) I like to cook up a healthier option-STAT! My Spicy Sweet Potato Fries are the bomb diggity!  Not only are they healthy, they have a spicy kick - just what I like! Woohoo for healthy options! I added my own special blend of spices to this classic recipe to bring these fries to the next level.  Adding ingredients such as a cayenne and nutritional yeast loads these fries with B-12. Munch away -- you're getting a great protein and metabolism boost! Need I say more? These fries are just plan rad. Make them for your friends, fam or maybe even that cute boy you're dating these days. OR -- Savor these sweet potato fries all by yourself. YUM! YOU deserve it!

INGREDIENTS
- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon sea salt
-1 teaspoon garlic powder
-1 teaspoon cayenne
-1 teaspoon nutritional yeast
-1 teaspoon dried oregano
-1 teaspoon thyme
-1/4 black pepper
-1 teaspoon red pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees
2. Cut sweet potatoes into slim fries
3. Place sweet potato fries in a large bowl, drizzle olive oil over them and toss
4. Add all the spices gradually and toss as you go
5. Once the fries are all coated with spices and oil, place fries on a baking sheet and place in the oven
6. Cook fries 15 minutes until browned, then flip and cook the other side 15 minutes. I like to serve my fries in a newspaper (a-la my Welsh Fish-n-Chips heritage!) or a large bowl (a-la the good ole USA)
-Serve with organic ketchup or sriracha for an extra kick (If you can handle the heat!)

ENJOY!
P.S: If you're cooking for a dinner party or are just really hungry, double the recipe.
