Stress & What Helps Me Deal.

Stress has been a huge struggle in my life for as long as I can remember. Things others handle easily seem harder for me. For some reason, when others see opportunity in a challenge,  I often fear failure.

I experience stress when I run around New York City trying to get all my work done. I've really had to learn to focus on being calm to get through the toughest days.

There's nothing worse than stress showing up in ways you never wanted, like crying on the subway or fainting because you forgot to eat enough breakfast. (Both of which I have done!) It's not fun or easy to be prone to anxiety. I've learned to do a few things to keep stress at bay. Every little bit helps.

This is why I'm so jazzed to discover Rescue, a company committed to using herbal remedies to help relieve stress naturally. Rescue Pastilles have been a lifesaver for me. Whenever I'm running late for a meeting or in a hurry trying to get everything done, I just have one of the gummies. They taste great, so I feel a bit like I'm having a treat.

The Rescue Pastilles fit easily in my handbag with other essentials. Having something portable to help ease the stress of everyday life in NYC is always a plus in my book.

Vegetarian, sugar free, and free of dyes, Rescue Pastilles are a perfect natural health alternative. I can’t wait to send tins of Pastilles to my sisters to help them with anything from school nerves to job interviews.

Do you experience stress or anxiety? -Always remember you're not alone. Many people deal with unsettled feelings on a daily basis, including myself. You can get through this. Some days are tougher than others. Rescue can help.

Also, remember not to take all your situations too seriously. You don’t always have to be a busy superwoman. Some days we all just need to open up Netflix and chill. Relaxing is totally OK.

-Recharge, reconnect and you'll feel so much better!

If you have stories about how you overcame stress, I'd love to hear from you below!  It is so important to learn from each other's stories. Sharing can be so enriching.

Have a wonderful week and a very safe Halloween!
