Bits and Pieces

It’s the start of a new week! I have been burning the midnight oil on some really exciting projects I can’t wait to tell you guys about soon! Also I’m dreaming up some travel plans for the rest of the year that I can’t wait to share with you guys as well. I love brining you guys with me on my journeys!

Right now, I am brining back the tradition of sharing some of my favorite things as of late in this blog post. So sit back, relax, and take a look at some of my best-loved beauty products, books, clothing, etc. Let’s do it!

Sunday Riley's  U.F.O. OilC.E.O. Rapid Flash Brightening Serum, and Tidal Brightening Enzyme Water Cream: For all you guys who have been following me for a while you know how much I love Sunday Riley. The ingredients are so pure and I find the products always so dependable. I have loved using the U.F.O. Face Oil under my makeup lately (because I've been breaking out-ALOT). I love this oil as a great solution for fighting breakouts without irritating my skin. It has chamomile and cucumber seed oil to nourish your skin. If you have sensitive skin prone to breakouts, this is for you!

I have also been totally obsessing over the C.E.O. Rapid Flash Brightening Serum! It might be my new favorite Sunday Riley product ever! This serum is magic. It takes my skin from drab to fab in literally seconds. This is the perfect product for you if your skin is looking dull or needs brightening. I typically mixed this with a moisturizer and use it in the morning and at night for a glowy finish.

The Tidal Brightening Enzyme Water Cream is typically the moisturizer I mix with the C.E.O. Serum. This cream is uber plumping and hydating. It has papaya enzymes that help smooth and exfoliate skin too, so bonus! I also love the color of this cream, it is so pretty and has a cooling effect! If you have dry skin, this is a must!

SunnyLife Retro Sounds SpeakerThere is something so fun about listening to the radio. When we were vacationing in Wales a few years ago, the hotel we were staying at had a little radio by our bed. Every time we would go into the room the radio would be playing the most calming classical music. I have tried my best to replicate that with this little radio. We usually have it tuned to our favorite classical music station WQXR-FM (105.9 MHz) during long work days at home.

My new Louis Vuttion Crossbody Blue Bag: This baby was a total impulse buy. I have been using it as my go-to bag lately and totally LOVE IT! I love how different the shape of this bag is. I love how it is small enough to look dainty, but large enough to carry the essentials. If you like this bag, here are some similar ones I found: here, here and here

These crazy vintage sunglasses: The micro-sunglass trend has not been lost on me. Though I was reluctant at first, I do love the look of this pair of red vintage beauties. I guess I caved. If you like these, here are some similars: here, here and here.

No Greater Love by Mother Teresa: This book is the one by my bed these days. Mother Teresa was one of the most humble and kind women to ever live. Reading this beautiful book has given me so much comfort after really stressful days. One of my favorite quotes from it is this: “Do not allow yourselves to be disheartened by any failure as long as you have done your best.”
― Mother Teresa, No Greater Love - wise words!

Cropped Tops and these super comfy jeans by Madewell: Maybe it's the fact that I love the 90s, but I am really into cropped tops. What can I say? I love when it is really hot and I get to feel more breeze - haha! When we were on our trip to New Zealand in January it was super hot (it was their summer time), so I pretty much lived in cropped tops and skirts (and it was rad)! If you like this cropped top, you can find some of my other favorites here, here and here.

Comfy denim is a really easy way to make me happy, and these jeans from Madewell really fit the bill. I love that I can just throw them out when running errands or grabbing dinner with friends. The Madewell jeans above are almost sold out, but here are some similar here, here, and here

That's all for now! I hope you guys have a great week full of laughs and joy!

Love,

Brynn
